This 1960's "Ed Darden" design is a "Mid Century Modern" dream! Darden Architects built primarily commercial properties. His homes reflect a simplicity in design and welcoming feeling. We purchased the home from it's original owner, and completely went thru a full renovation in 2014. From our front door design to the one of a kind 60's landscape with uplighting thru it's concrete walkways, triangle fire pit and mod patio and bbq cover. You can't help but notice the floor to ceiling glass windows and wide overhangs that surround 90% of the home. 3 car garage.
