Annandale Modern Farmhouse

Our Virginia studio gave this home a laidback farmhouse style infused with modern accents. The palette is a classic, inviting farmhouse combination of black, white, and warm wood. The kitchen has a sleek black-and-white island, and the look extends to the rest of the space with white cabinetry and a black hood.

We created design focal points in places like the hallways and staircase with an accent wall in the hallway, and the staircase has a statement, floating pendant light.

The bathrooms are all about luxe and comfort with dark, patterned tile flooring juxtaposed with white walls and metal fixtures.
