Arsenal Bank Building Lofts

Construction on the Arsenal Bank of Pittsburgh began in 1883 and completed early in 1884. The once great landmark had fallen by the wayside, and the client purchased the then-vacant building in Pittsburgh's urban Lawrenceville neighborhood. New life was breathed into the mixed-use building, including a restaurant and lofts.
