Battersea Rd House

I recently completed a renovation of a 1950s home in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL. The house was a wood framed mid-century modern home with a lot of architectural charmm, however the dark wood throughout the interior created a dark and dated feel. We engaged in a complete gut renovation, replacing all of the MEP systems, new impact window and doors, new metal roof, and a modern updated interior aesthetic. We converted the old garage & workroom into interior SF with a new master bedroom and bath, new guest room, new laundry room, and new power room.
