New construction, old NY loft feel! Welcome to 669 Gauvin, a 4 unit apartment building, with tons of character. The building is owner occupied loft style with garage, but there is also 3 other small 1 bedroom apartments.
The outside is all black, made of mabec wood, and corrugated steel, and a recycled red brick accent. Inside you have a hige open area with 17’ ceilings, some recycled metal beams, accentuating the main area, as well as more brick, wood and recycled old farm wood beam. The open concept second floor also has a built in office in the raw steel railing, with a custom stair set. The kitchen is blacked out, with wood counters, and a beautiful concrete island counter top.
