Featuring six bedrooms, “Carolina Elegance” has bedding for up to 14 people. To accommodate the perfect beach vacation for such a big group, “Carolina Elegance” features a fantastic sport's bottom swimming pool, two living rooms, wrap-around decks, and seven flat-screen televisions.

Best of all, “Carolina Elegance” is only a few houses away from the beach and offers many sitting areas and amenities for your trip.

There have been many upgrades completed at “Carolina Elegance” including new furnishings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, new cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and many new furniture pieces.

The first floor of “Carolina Elegance” features three bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to a full bath. The second floor features three more bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have king beds with private baths. The 3rd room has a king bed, queen bed, sitting area, table, private deck and a video game room and a private bathroom. The balance of the second floor includes the laundry room, living area and a spacious covered deck with plenty of seating.

From old friends to second cousins, our vacation rental home brings groups together for a peaceful getaway on the beaches of Isle of Palms.

We have two homes on the Isle of Palms, this six bedroom that sleeps 14 and one in Wild Dunes that has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10. Both have private pools, short walk to the beach, gourmet kitchen, WIFI, flat screen TVs in all rooms and decorated beautifully.

Reunions, girls’ weekends, golf trips, family vacations — Carolina Elegance is the ideal home base for reliving old memories and creating new ones.

Carolina Elegance sits at the end of Isle of Palms, where traffic is light and your surroundings are peaceful. Walk just three minutes to the beach, and several of my favorite restaurants are just a walk or golf cart away. You can reach one of the South's most elegant and historic cities — Charleston — after only 30 scenic minutes by car.

With five outdoor decks, a video game room, and a heated swimming pool, you'll find no shortage of places to gather.

But our gourmet kitchen is indeed the heart of this home.

Because my husband is a chef, you'll find everything you need to prepare even the most elaborate recipes for your favorite people.

A TOUCH OF NAPA IN CAROLINA
Travel the world without leaving Isle of Palms – Carolina Elegance brings together Tuscany, Napa, and Charleston in one place.

The home reflects our love for Tuscany in the pictures, art, pottery and décor colors. Napa is also near and dear to our hearts, and when you arrive, you can pop open the welcome bottle of wine from my own private Napa label, Hunt McKay.

DOWNSTAIRS

Downstairs you'll find a private home theater: the living room offers a massive 62” flat screen TV for movie nights and plenty of seating.

Craft elegant meals in our fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen, with plenty of cookware and serving ware (including, of course, a collection of lovely wine glasses) plus plastic dishes for the kids. There is also a cabinet FULL of high-quality unbreakable plates and drinkware to use by the pool.

All you need to bring is clothing and groceries.

Outside, two gas grills—one located on the deck just off the kitchen and a second by the pool—make cookouts easy.

Sit down to good conversation and a good meal around the 6-person dining table by the pool or the dining room table for 16 off the kitchen.

No need to blow up the air mattress — six bedrooms sleep up to 14 people comfortably in beds.

The downstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub.

Put guests up in the two downstairs guest bedrooms that have queen beds and private bathrooms.

UPSTAIRS

In the upstairs living room, host a board game night or spend time flipping through the channels on the flat-screen TV, warming up in front of the gas fireplace.

Two guest bedrooms upstairs have king beds. Kids love the huge 6th bedroom, where they can have their slumber party in two queen beds.

This room also comes with a video game room with Wii and Xbox, private balcony, en-suite bathroom and sitting area.

Bring your flip-flops and swimsuit — we’ve thought of the rest! You’ll have access to beach and pool toys, sumptuous linens and towels, pack and plays, high chairs, dog beds, kids’ toys, and two washers and dryers.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Grab the latest bestseller and claim a spot on one of the five decks to lose yourself in a good story.

Start your day with a cup of coffee and a little yoga on the pool patio.

End it with a glass of wine watching the kids romp in the fenced-in backyard.

There’s also plenty of parking in the large driveway and lots of space to ride bikes and play with the toys.

A second refrigerator in the garage near the pool makes it easy to grab refreshments while you swim, play, and soak up the sun poolside.

ISLE OF PALMS AND CHARLESTON
Quality time continues down on the beach, just a 3-minute walk away.

Uncrowded and peaceful, the Isle of Palms beach has beach volleyball, snack shops, and live music.

You can also get your adrenaline pumping with sailing, boating, water skiing, parasailing, jet skiing, and windsurfing.

Not sure where to start? We can recommend restaurants and attractions, so you get to experience the best in the city.

Downtown Charleston is just a 30-minute drive away, bustling with historic sites, delicious restaurants, and unique shops. History buffs will love visiting Fort Moultrie, Fort Sumter, the USS Yorktown, and the Citadel.

The list of other fun activities goes on and on…golf, tennis, shopping, wildlife viewing, hiking, fishing, antiquing, miniature golf, and horseback riding.
