Enter the Foyer, ahead lies the indoor pool while off to the right is the fully equipped Gym and bicycle training deck. Step across the broad marble hall and pass behind the living-plant-wall-aquarium into the Spa Lounge Area where there is a relaxing Living room, a professional Massage room, Steam room and a deep refreshing Cold Water Plunge.

The centerpiece of this villa is a beautiful tulip shaped indoor pool, crowned with jucuzzi and waterfall that beckon from the far end, sparkling with reflected sunshine streaming in from the many geometric skylights above.

Tucked behind those water features are five super luxurious Master bed room suites plus two entertainment living rooms and a full pantry, an elevator and stairs that lead up to the Grand Master bed room that opens onto a shaded roof top party patio.

Complimenting this social entertainment enclave is the majestic 50 person Community Center, offering three distinct gathering rooms for 15-20 persons each, plus a custom 16 seat horseshoe shaped conference table. There is a full sized prep-kitchen and a private office integrated into the flowing white geometry, perched on the edge of the sand dune projecting an overhanging outdoor patio gazing west towards the desert vistas, distant horses and the evening setting sun.

For general every-day dining, guests and friends can enjoy the delightful, freestanding 16 person Dining Room. This all glass but fully shaded elegant dining space has the desert landscape bermed up 1 meter high against the south & west walls to protect from the hot sun.

There are huge roof overhangs and the entire space is shrouded with horizontal shade fins; effectively blocking the sun yet framing views in all directions through the many horizontal glass portals.

Discretely attached is a small powder lounge with three wash basins, two toilet rooms and an ample storage room.
