DREAMERS studio, 47m2

The clients have offered their investment project, a studio for short-term rentals, to work on together. The flat is located on the waterfront in the heart of the city in a 100 year old building. All the work on the project was done online.
The design concept was based on the entrance to the house with its long history and mesmerising sunsets over the ocean.
Minor changes were made to the layout, which resulted in a hallway area with multi-functional wardrobe, a separate dressing room and an alcove for an isolated sleeping area.
In the living area there is a sofa and an armchair, while the variety of textures has created a unique cosiness. The bed was placed in a niche, and the limited space was visually expanded by wallpaper with an exotic pattern on the ceiling.
In the bathroom, grey métro tiles were used on the walls in combination with wallpaper with a unique pattern. The floor is decorated with a circular mosaic.
In the dining area, chairs of various shapes and textures complement the concrete table. The focal points are the floor lamp and the painting on the wall behind the table.
The linear layout of the kitchen has made it possible to separate the living room area with the bar.
The result is a modern and functional interior, integrated into the historical style of the house.
