Introduction:
Trinity Design/Build showcases a meticulous restoration of a neglected yet once beautiful home. The project aimed to preserve the home's original features while expanding the kitchen, adding bedrooms, and creating two new offices. With a focus on heritage preservation, client satisfaction, and a transformative impact, our project exemplifies excellence in design, architecture, space utilization, creativity, and meeting client needs. Our clients sought a harmonious blend of classic elegance and conetemporary conveniences. They appreciated the charm of historic homes and desired modern comforts without compromising the authenticity of the original structure. One our clients, a “history buff”, even got the house listed on the National Register of Historic Places during this project!

Our primary goal was to restore the home's historic charm by retaining glass doorknobs, an original light fixture, and stunning quartersawn white oak floors, honoring the home's unique character and heritage. We seamlessly blended modern functionality with the home's original character while enlarging the kitchen. State-of-the-art appliances, ample storage, and a functional layout all enhance the cooking experience. The floors are new quarter sawn white oak and blend seamlessly with the existing floors. Additional bedrooms were thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the existing architectural style, providing comfort, privacy, and tranquility to the occupants while expanding living space. Two new offices were strategically incorporated into the remodel to meet the clients' work needs. The homes historic exterior was preserved, while we added a new garage with ev chargers. These spaces combined modern amenities with the historic aesthetic, offering productivity-enhancing environments.

By adding bedrooms and offices, we met clients' diverse needs, providing a visually stunning, practical, and functional home that truly reflected their vision and lifestyle. The transformation of this neglected historic home into a breathtaking masterpiece was awe-inspiring. The project breathed new life into the property, enhancing its value, and positively impacting the surrounding community. Our meticulous restoration efforts contributed to the preservation of local heritage, serving as a shining example of responsible historic remodels. We’re pleased to know this house will still be standing another 100 years from now and that future generations will maintain this tangible connection to their past!
