East Harriet Expansion for Family Gatherings

The homeowners wanted to bridge the gap between their home and the backyard. To achieve this, the design incorporated an abundance of windows along the rear wall, creating a visual connection to the lush outdoor space.

We crafted an innovative addition, seamlessly blending with the existing structure, to not only expand the kitchen but also introduce a dinette and establish an open connection to the family room.

This home had a spacious lot with a pool, but the views and circulation were lacking. Our homeowners were eager to have a welcoming space to entertain their family and friends. We built an addition that extends to the back and side of the home creating space for a large kitchen, cozy dinette, and an inviting family room. The homeowners wanted to make the most of their backyard, so we built wall-to-wall windows letting in plenty of natural light and stunning views. We transformed the old, dimly lit kitchen into a versatile space, now serving as a convenient powder room, a handy pantry, and a practical mudroom entry.
