EGR Mid-Century Modern

Hygge Design+Build renovated this mid-century modern home in East Grand Rapids, MI. The homeowners wanted to update their kitchen, primary bathroom, and bar area, as well as relocate their 1/2 bath and add some locker storage. The 1/2 bath was moved and reconfigured to allow for a step-in pantry. Kitchen finishes included porcelain countertops, custom cabinetry with integrated pulls, Thermador appliances, and a white oak reeded island. The 1/2 and primary bathrooms featured terrazzo flooring. In the bar area, a kit kat tile backsplash was added as well as new upper cabinets.
