Flagstaff Hill Ranch

We recently purchased 320 acres about halfway between Lake Tahoe and Sacramento. It encompasses two mountain tops and has 360 degree views, with Sierra (Tahoe) vistas, Lake Folsom and Sacramento, Diablo and the coastal range, the Sutter Buttes and the Sac Valley. As we explore this property, we anticipate the initial home to be a container home / dwell type design. The story board for the future of this land includes, but not limited to, a mountain top winery, a cannabis camping and tourism spot, or just plain left alone to explore (it adjoins Salmon Falls State Park so lots of room to roam either way). We would like to invite Dwell along for the ride as we seek the highest and best use.
