This genuine apartment from the beginning of this century has been completely renovated by a renowned architect and designer (2019), giving it a fresh and modern look all whilst keeping unique and authentic details.
The apartment is located in the best part of the city but still very quiet and idyllic. The bright rooms are dynamic and airy (~4m to the ceiling) with many nice details, such as large double doors, solid wood floors, beautiful new wooden windows, design switches and door handles.
The open floor plan between the kitchen and living room creates a perfect social area for dinners and socialising. The modern black kitchen is in contrast to the bright room. Thanks to the designed kitchen island there is plenty of storage space and good work space.
From the hallway enter the two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a little smaller and is used today as a nice study. It can be used as a cozy children's room or a guest room. The second bedroom has a french balcony, is bigger and calm and harmonic. It has space for a double bed and a large wardrobe.
The completely renovated bathroom is fresh and stylish. Warm grey floor and walls in mortex with in-built practical shelfs give a feeling of Bali. Here is a bathtub, shower, wall-hung toilet, mirror and large sink with storage space beneath.
