In this intriguing business center project, we began with a fixed number of square meters in the middle of an existing building and unlimited flights of imagination about what we could do with the space.

Because this was to be a commercial building with offices and co-working areas, we thought our way back from the basic question of what people need for pleasant and productive work. Each member of our team made suggestions about what to include—a restaurant, conference rooms, a gym, a green terrace and a lounge area. This is how the idea of an unusual shape for this business center emerged.

In the center of the architectural composition, we placed a cylindrical office center. The facade of the building is made of special high-quality glass, which resists the effects of the environment and looks truly gorgeous. This part of the building fits perfectly within the existing building, continuing its striking architectural concept.

Next we applied our flight of imagination in the form of “blades” that extend from the conical heart of the building. This interesting architectural maneuver allowed us to expand the lease area and design premises that are a priority for business purposes, but at the same time are vitally important for modern companies that care about their employees, their working conditions and corporate values. In these “blades” or ”branches,” we created a place for a gym, several co-working spaces, and a restaurant with access to the terrace. In addition to employees of the business center, these services can also be used by visitors, creating its own separate commercial value.
