Grange Lake Showhouse

The 2nd Annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse is a 3,700-square-foot French Creole-style lakefront home designed by architect James P. Curran and built by Monte Hewitt Homes. The home is located in the Grange neighborhood and was open to visitors from September 10–October 4 in 2015. In 2014, we had over 3,000 guests tour the house, along with sold out opening and closing parties with another 450 upscale attendees from the Atlanta design, architecture and build industries. The home also features 13 designers.
