The gorgeous coastal and chic home is owned by a recently retired finance executive, his wife, and three young adult sons who live in the greater New York area. This is their first Florida home.
The house was somewhat dated and with the help of Collins Interiors, they were able to transform into a more casual and comfortable home with a coastal feel.
A little over 4500 square foot, the house features four bedrooms and den dock on Sarasota Bay. Barbara Collins and her team were strongly inspired by the colors on this island.
