A contractor's personal residence, designed and built as a contemporary cherry on top of a dignified career. Completed in 2016 this modern masterpiece in Nashville, TN is defined by both its location in the suburban forests and by it's stark and sleek architecture. Seasonal wildflowers that bloom with each passing week line the winding driveway as you pass the white facade of the home before arriving at the ivy-wrapped entrance. Passing the threshold, you step into a grand foyer with lofty 22' foot ceilings and are immediately greeted by colorful artwork, found to fill the spaces. Each room is as grand as the next, with the ground floor bedrooms featuring pool access and contrasting gold foil walls respectively, both with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The oversized living space sits under 12' ceilings and is centered around a modern wood-burning STUV stove. From there, sights look out onto the pool deck, where a turquoise salt water pool is framed by reeds, bamboo, and numerous other varietals. Back inside, the living room opens into a chef's kitchen with sweeping tree top views. Flanked by endless storage and a butler's pantry, the kitchen island is the ideal epicurean epicenter. But no architectural oasis is complete without a true master's suite. A step up the open frame architectural staircase lands upon plush carpeting and a barn door, behind which lies an equally plush and serene suite. In front of the apoholstered divider, a California king that looks out over the tree line, behind it, his-and-hers closets with a fully tiled ensuite bathroom. Heather grey tiles wrap the floors and while, with glossy green and white marble sitting on the countertops adjacent to the oversized 3-head shower and ceiling fill tub.
