ESCAPE TO A UNIQUE BEACH HOTEL IN GRADO, ITALY!
It all started with the "Pensione Azzurra" back in the 1950's. Today the Hotel Savoy Grado offers 80 guestrooms, restaurant, bar, fitness area, spa and many other amenities of a 5* luxury hotel. Architect and Friends was commissioned to develop a new concept for the guest rooms located at the oldest part of the building.
Combining tradition and innovation, local spirit and Italian beach style was our design approach for this project. Each piece of furniture, all materials and finishes have been carefully hand picked together with the owner family.
The well-appointed rooms offer spacious interiors with one or two bedrooms, work spaces, living areas, large closets, bathrooms with pleasant showers or bathtubs and private terraces.

UPDATE 2023:

A COMBINATION OF EXISTING AND NEW - THE STYLISH LOUNGE AREA FOR THE HOTEL SAVOY GRADO.
The recently developed color and material concept for the hotel's guest rooms has now been extended to this area of the resort to gradually create a holistic vacation experience. The lounge area brings the lush garden with its idyllic pool indoors and connects the existing bar with the terrace. This additional space adapts to different needs during the day, inviting guests to linger, work or dine. In the evening the lounge becomes part of the bar and can also be used for hip parties.
