A semi-detached house, first line facing the sea. A house with no white surfaces. Gone are the white and turquoise beach houses. Punta del Este is no longer a seaside resort, it is a city facing the sea.
An oceanfront home with the amenities of a townhome.

A special color palette was designed for each environment, but always starting from the block of stairs, which is a mint green box.

We start by giving the stairwell that runs through the two levels a mint green color. From there, different tones are happening in the different spaces.

Dark ceilings give spaciousness and personality.

Ground Floor: The kitchen was integrated into the living room, so we decided to make it part of the decoration of the house by painting the furniture in a furious brick red that contrasts with the yellow of the bathroom block.

At the other extreme, graphite gray contains and camouflages the stove and the TV.

On a neutral floor, a dark rug (Gan Rugs) frames an L-shaped sofa designed by Craig Bassam for Bassam Fellows, as well as a table and chairs in natural oak with leather.

In the center of the space, Japanese Lamp by DePadova.

Natural linen curtains from belgium filter sunlight and allow a glimpse of the sea.

Outside, in the pool area where lapacho wood predominates, we decided to incorporate color with Sebastian Herkner's designs for Ames in wine red, pink and yellow tones.

Top floor:
For the master bedroom, tone sur tone in dark green colors. Green leather bed and lamps by DePadova, Rug in reddish and green tones by Gan Rugs. The dark pink curtain completes this serene space, sheltered from the light.

For the guest rooms, we open the space to the sun and the sea, with light blue walls, silver gray ceilings, light gray Tekla bedding and yellow curtains.
