Made up of two blocks joined by a glass bound circulation area, this contemporary home is integrated with the golf course.

The Studio created this house inspired by two main challenges: the irregular lot with a view to a spectacular golf course, and the will to create the perfect stage for day to day family life.

So the project contemplated the existence of two blocks, which included a basement and two stories, connected by a central hallway that allowed for vertical circulation. Between the two blocks, as a sort of breathing transition, this area was conceived as a metallic and glass structure, which creates a sense of lightness and transparency. In sync with the lot’s trapezoidal layout, the back module duplicates the front one in size. Grand windows blend the construction into the greenery that surrounds it.

Gray reigns within the color scheme on exterior wall coverings, with openings in black aluminum. Oak wood was used for all house flooring. The Studio was also in charge of interior equipment, which consisted of custom furniture, modules and built-in shelves with a lacquer finish and exquisitely detailed workmanship. Modern 1950’s inspired furniture combined with other pieces with a touch of Scandinavian flair complete the interior decoration.
