The focal point in this home is certainly the Morso wood burning stove complete with wood storage area. We love this fireplace because it is rated for mobile homes and needs very little clearance for installation.

The living space in this home contains a built-in bench which houses the large fresh water tank. This bench provides the perfect area for a cozy reading nook and is surrounded by windows for an abundance of natural light. Leaving the rest of the space open allows feature pieces of furniture to be moved in and out as the family lifestyle changes over time. Adaptability of this living room is certainly a feature.

The secondary loft, located over the living room, is a perfect retreat for guests or leaves room for an expanding family. Natural light is brought in by the rake windows that complement and shadow the roof line.

Natural cedar and steel siding are used to create an appealing and modern exterior that will blend with it's surrounding environment. Solar panels on the roof capture renewable energy to the battery bank located in the front of the tiny home. The passive solar heat panel is located on the side of the home and provides back-up heat for the home owners during the day.

The bathroom features extra storage, a small vanity cabinet and sink, and the Separette compost toilet. An extreme weather cat door is also located in the bathroom and provides easy access to the litter box located inside the storage shed.

The kitchen features a large sliding window, stainless apron front sink, sparkling quartz counter tops and a modern pull down faucet. The abundance of counter space is key in this L-shaped kitchen.

Innisfree Anarres , built by Teacup Tiny Homes, blends airy sophistication with minimalist living.

At 28 ft. long and 8.5 ft. wide, this custom tiny home was built in the summer of 2018 for minimalist clients looking to do their part in reducing their carbon footprint and returning to a simpler lifestyle. Their tiny home was designed to operate on electricity including solar components and a stylish woodburning stove as the main heat source.

This tiny home has 348 sq. ft. of living space including the 2 sleeping lofts and was built to truly function for the home owners and their furry family. Complete with cat door to the exterior storage shed, the home will comfortably sleep 4 or 5 with a guest on the built-in sofa on the main floor.

With functional design in mind, storage and adaptable spaces were integrated into this carefully planned out space. The secondary upper loft may be used for storage or turned into a sleeping or play area for future children or guests. The openness of the living area allows freestanding furniture to be moved in or out as the lifestyle of the home owners change over time. There was careful consideration in the overall flow of the home to create a comfortable living area while satisfying functional needs of those who dwell there.

This home was built with 2x4 lumber walls, 2x6 framed ceiling and closed cell spray foam for insulation. The cedar and steel exterior cladding give this home a modern look that is sure to be classy and appealing, but carefull not blend into the surroundings. The overall concept of the interior is light and airy while investing in key components. Quartz counter tops, beveled tile backplash and a natural knotty laminate floor make this home look and feel sophisticated and timeless. White cabinets and rustic floating shelves also allow the main floor to remain open and airy.
