From Paola e Mara

Isulidda project relating to an seat and was conceived and built in Macari in the territory of San Vito Lo Capo and precisely between the locality of Isulidda and that of Frassino. Nature has greatly influenced the final shape of the product. The vegetation and in particular the olive trees, all arranged in regular rows, inspired the base of the armchair which is made up of five vertical elements, of various heights, each of them surmounted by a cylinder which forms the support for the foam cushions. The side view of the seat thus recalls a series of small trees stylized as rows of olive trees. The artifact takes its name from the homonymous Cala Isulidda where the assembly and finishing of the prototype was performed, all completely in the open air on the edge of the cliff.

Materials: Base in Okumè wood. Cushions in foam. Embroidered pure linen fabric
