A concrete floor covered with a transparent resin is present throughout the apartment, so when you cross the front door, you have an irresistible impression that the floor is flowing, and the light reflecting in it intensifies this illusion. Some walls are in shades of black. Black ceilings deepened the effect of unlimited space. There are no traditional doors in the interior, only the bathroom and utility room were cut off and closed behind glass panes.

The presented interior is a rhapsody in honor of concrete and the whole scale of shades of gray. Sentimental accents add color and effectively break the brutalism of modernism. The author of this project is interior designer Jolanta Dymowicz.

The owner of this 67 square meter apartment is a writer. She works and rests in it, so when creating a space, it was necessary to combine the dualism of work routine and relaxation time. The place where she lives must bring inspiration and breath. Additionally, she appreciates minimalism, but does not shy away from having travel souvenirs.

The feeling of unlimited space became a key assumption, hence the project had to meet the high bar. The designer managed to do this by creating an open plan of the hall, kitchen and living room, part of which serves as a study. Intentionally the bedroom has no door.
