From Peckham Architecture

Peckham Architecture’s LEED Platinum home headquarters is Missouri’s first Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) Certified building. Located in Columbia, Missouri, this building is net-positive, which means that it produces more electricity than it consumes. A photovoltaic system, super insulation, LED lighting, energy recovery ventilation, an instant hot water heater and Energy Star appliances make this possible. Peckham Architecture moved into the new headquarters in May 2016. That month—the warmest May on record—the building produced so much electricity that it earned a utility bill credit of $179.
