Envisioned by architect William Zimmerman, the home was designed to capture the uniqueness of the land with floor to ceiling windows angled to maximize the everchanging Pacific Northwest light, statement fireplace, and inviting alcoves. Includes bamboo floors, built-in storage, walk-in pantry and home office. A spacious guest studio is just a few steps away. This sustainably designed sanctuary is located on 10 acres of lush forests, open meadows, and 299ft of private waterfront. Wooded trails meander throughout, provided access to beach trail, separate cottage, and the island's pride, the Decatur Nine golf course.
