This 800 sq. ft. 1+1 bedroom unit was converted by us into a contemporary loft with a warm feeling.
The unit is part of a 34 condo project in the 1930 Art Deco school formerly known as Saints-Martyrs-Canadiens in the Montcalm neighbourhood (Quebec City).

Our South-East unit offers great luminosity in addition to its 11 feet ceilings and oversized windows.

We've worked with the architects firm that developed the whole project, Atelier Guy.

We've expanded the bathroom (which was quite smaller on sales plan);

- deleted the bedroom wall to insert a custom-made glass wall;

- deleted the closed den with no window to create an open office space.

We've integrated 8 feet doors into the apartment as well as railing tracks for lighting in order to emphasize the ceiling height.

We have the best of both worlds with this urban living home facing mature trees. Indeed, when in the apartment, the green view provides us a feeling of nature.

Building amenities include a common rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen and swim spa, gym, garage and secured access.
