Prefab houses in Sweden

This small 27 sq m prefab house was designed by Artem Chernov for woodhouses.lt – construction company based in Lithuania.

The customer were instructed to design a house that could be manufactured in production and delivered to the place of destination. The main requirements were: given dimensions, loft (sleeper), budget, materials used. The retreat will be supplied to the customer fully fit for life with electric or air heating, electrics, plumbing, built-in furniture and final finishing. The area of the house is 27 square meters. It consists of a living room-kitchen, a sleeping loft and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people for a short time. The first houses will be located in Sweden. Production will begin in 2019.
