Pujol

This project is a renewal of an old PH typology, very common in Buenos Aires. The house is located at the back of the plot, so the main goal was to have the more natural light we could get into the only floor plan.
To achieve this, almost all of the walls in the social area were demolish. One of them was replaced by a long bar in which the kitchen was placed, using an existing long patio closed by a glazed roof. The other wall was replaced by a 4 leaf door opening to the main patio.
Due to the continuous flooring material and the openings, the space resembles a roofed patio enlarging the area.
In the 60m2 terrace, an open kitchen and a Barbecue were placed with the future possibility of closing it.
