Important in the design of the home was the intentional use and purpose of space to create defined areas within the home that had a unique purpose, while maintaining a connected flow throughout the entire home and into the outdoor areas.

Truly blending traditional and modern design, the more formal approach delivers defined and intentional spaces through the use of walls, while the modern design introduces light and airy essence in the space by eliminating any use of internal doors and keeping the walls separated with oversized points of entry to allow for a seamless flow in and out of the room.

Blending traditional elements with trendy touches, the kitchen features ample amenities that provide function without distracting away from the design. Anchored by a large butcher block island, custom cabinetry throughout disguises the Sub Zero/Wolf appliance package. A built-in coffee bar and butler's pantry are accessible to meet everyday needs all the while adding to the sophisticated design. Chrome hardware mixes with gold touches and black to blend styles. A large window centers over the sink and provides views into the backyard. Off the kitchen, you have access to the breakfast area, formal butler's pantry, bar, and casual living room.

Packed with luxurious amenities, the spa-like primary bath is centered around a classic white freestanding tub and oversized window with a design featuring cool and calming whites and grays as seen in the Carrara marble tile, countertops, and light fixtures that make the space feel like an oasis.

Designed to fit the needs of a growing family who loves to entertain, the backyard needed to feature a multitude of amenities. A fully turfed yard provides the perfect backyard play zone for kids with no maintenance. A custom 6-hole putting green was incorporated into the design for fun for the kids and the golf-loving dad.
