An extensive renovation by Conrad Asturi Studios. The home perches above the treetops in Pebble Beach; it has has expansive Pacific Ocean and Point Lobos views. The initial design concept completely opened up the main floor living area for better flow and immersion with the view. The owners have everything they need to live comfortably on the main level, including a primary suite with fireplace, private deck and bath with a sunset view. The lower level design emphasis focuses on guest accommodations with 3 additional bedrooms and media room. On the uppermost floor is an ensuite bedroom / studio with a deck and stunning birds nest view.

Edan sought to create a modern aesthetic throughout the home. The main entrance was updated with a wide pivot door that lets you experience the ocean view as you enter. A spacious main floor, designed for living and entertaining sets the mood. The addition of large windows and open plan feature breathtaking views all along the West and South, including the primary suite and bath. The kitchen extends through the glass wall to continue as an outdoor kitchen on the main entertainment deck. There is a carport at the main level and room for additional car storage below. There is a wine cellar and lounge with private terrace at an additional lower level and an elevator that connects 3 floors.
