Textile Lofts Penthouse

The 3rd Annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse was a 2,800-square-foot sophisticated penthouse on the top story of The Textile Lofts designed by architect Ryan Duffey and built by Morgan Construction. The home is located in the Grange neighborhood and was open to visitors from September 9–October 2 in 2016. In past years, we had over 3,000 guests tour the showhomes, along with sold out opening parties with another 250 upscale attendees from the Atlanta design, architecture and build industries.
