This Craftsman home was originally built in 1915. Its total renovation was thought out for livability, flexibility, durability and importantly: Sustainability. Each room was transformed to be bright, unique and stylish with a modern feel.

Across the entire home, low VOC paint was used, porcelain tiles installed, carpets replaced with recycled & recyclable materials, each appliance was upgraded to be both energy and water efficient, and all of the flooring was replaced with Green Guard Gold Certified coverings.

The light-filled gathering space at the front of the home was accented with large scale hexagonal porcelain tiles to create a modern and warm space that is ideal for an artist’s studio, playroom or office, and is fully insulated with a dedicated energy efficient HVAC system. Its living room opens to a Scandinavian design inspired kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, soft close drawers, wine fridge and breakfast room.

This spacious single family home now is built with healthy living spaces that allow for both privacy and interactivity within.
