The North Park neighborhood felt welcoming right away, with its century old cozy craftsman homes and the sense of community you feel buzzing as soon as you walk out the front door in the morning. The bungalow was built in 1921, just 30 years after this area was developed initially as an agricultural community, and is just blocks from the largest park in San Diego, Balboa Park.
