The Chicken Coop

The plan was to renovate a home that was originally built as a chicken coop over 100 years ago. It had been turned into a boarding house for soldiers following WWII and eventually a single family home in the 60's. Plans were drawn and the home was gutted. But after close inspection, it was clear that a home with the bones of a 100 year old chicken coop was not going to meet current building codes. The home was demolished and a new modern home was constructed.
