New head office for Kunskapsförbundet, one of the biggest educational organizations in West Sweden. The organization describes itself as The Dream Factory (Drömfabriken), encouraging their students to become as much as they possibly can. The premises are also a dynamic meeting point for all of the staff working at the different schools, and host larger workshops and conferences. Because of this the office has a central role in the organization's employer branding.

The interior concept combines a dreamy, fun and inspirational vibe with a more traditional industrial expression. It’s designed to match the many colors and bold look of the brand, symbolizing the diversity of their students and other brand values – such as dedication for personal growth and knowledge through creativity and variety.

The office probably is more colorful than the average. But overall there is a rather balanced and cohesive feeling throughout the whole office, even if there’s a big variety of colors and some accents are bright and bold. Actually, people working at or visting the office, get surprised by how well the different colors and shades are working together and how it makes them feel. They could never imagine a bright blue chair and a strong pink wall lamp having that effect.
