From John Hays

The Duncanwood House is a 4,500 square foot brick house with a DADU, designed by Dryden Architecture. Built by John Hays Construction, the main house has four bedrooms, including an exceptional primary suite with a bedroom with sliding Marvin brand doors, a beautiful spacious bathroom with Caesar Ceramics USA large format tile on the walls and floor and separate dressing rooms. Anderson Design Studio designed all of the interiors.
