The House Project is located at Cuenca- Ecuador, a Cultural Heritage of Humanity city, at a residential area in a private development, near by one of the four rivers that traverses the city.

This 3 storage multi housing block, has been designed for a three family living. Each floor is designed to be a 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom home, with similar distribution and specifications. The ground floor has been designed to let the owner enjoy a garden view, maintaining a blind frontage (façade) that delimitates the street access. This access is covered with natural stone from the region.

A Stone base supports the façade aesthetically, where the upper levels settle; each one of them is delineated by metallic edges. The other levels are designed with terraces with the river site view and large windows from the floor to the roof that let experience and indoor-outdoor space.

The construction system used at this project was developed with a prefabricated system with numbered metal parts of the metallic structure which means every single part was previously designed and manufactured at a factory, numbered according its assembly, and transferred to the project to be finally settled. The installation total time lasted 3 weeks.
The interior masonry was mounted with gypsum panels and interior isolating material. The covering was coated with fiber cement sheets

The external masonry that covers the building was made of fiber cement panels and coated with pieces of clay assembling handmade brick.

The aluminum windows from roof to top glass, are designed to permit them concealing inside the fiber cement walls, showing to an aluminum black hand rail at the exterior terrace.
