This is a massive and bold renovation project turning an ordinary bungalow into a piece of modern architecture; adding a cottage retreat fill to a house inside Toronto GTA. The project was done in two steps. The initial step was re designing the front and older part of the house. The second step was rebuilding an addition on the back, adding square footage and building the backyard landscape. Main challenges were connecting the old building to the new addition.
