The Triana Residence is a new two-story home located in Coral Gables, Florida. The new residence will is 4,800 square feet in the Contemporary style. The house has a strong focus on outdoor living and features large outdoor covered areas as well as an inside/out kitchen.
The property is adjacent to a major Coral Gables waterway and has a large 2 level dock and attached boathouse.
The construction is Hurricane safe with Insuldeck roofing system, concrete walls and Hurricane rated impact doors and windows. The kitchen, living and outdoor living area have a 13' pitched ceiling, with 10' ceiling height on the 2 story portion.
