We purchased a Lot in the inner city of Red Deer Alberta, where infill projects are few and far between. We demolished the existing 700 sq foot bungalow and rebuilt a very functional, modern farm home. We took our time and were very thoughtful on design, layout, and best use of the property. We incorporated the old hardwood floor that we pulled out of the demolished home, and used it on the dinning room ceiling. Ceder decks are on the front, side and rear of the home, and we pulled in a lot of design element made from steel, including custom sinks, hand rails, guard rails, hood fan, shed roof supports. We do believe in sustainable construction, and renewal in the inner city neighborhoods, they are very important in communities that mostly focus on green field development.
