Anna Marie Smith is a design writer and researcher. Her design studies have ranged from the fashion choices of Swedish pop star Robyn to chickens in Park Slope. She has conducted research for Metropolis and created podcasts for media including Design Observer. Anna Marie’s MFA Design Criticism thesis at the School of Visual Arts focused on the architecture of tiny houses in rural America and micro-apartments in New York City.
