Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen List Their Boston Estate For $33.9M
Fresh off a renewed contract with the New England Patriots, Tom Brady and his model wife, Gisele Bündchen, say farewell to their old home and begin the search for another. Built in 2015 by architect Richard Landry, in collaboration with interior designer Joan Behnke, the couple's current Brookline, Massachusetts, residence is now on the market.
Located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts, the home sits on over five acres adjacent to the ninth hole of the The Country Club, which takes its name from the fact that it is the oldest country club in the United States.
Located about eight miles from downtown Boston, the Country French-style mansion offers five bedrooms, along with five and half bathrooms—all spread across nearly 10,000 square feet of living space.
Lush landscaping provides privacy, as does the home's location sited at the end of a circular driveway that can hold up to 20 vehicles. For even more space to park cars, the property also offers a three-car garage and a carport.
Upon entering the home, a grand stairwell greets visitors before leading to a formal living room, chef's kitchen, and family room that features a cathedral ceiling. All five bedrooms are located on the upper level, while the basement offers a recreation room, wine cellar, gym, and spa.
Also located on the grounds is a raised swimming pool, organic herb and vegetable garden, as well as a barn-like guest house offering an additional 2,400 square feet of living space. The Country French style is more apparent in the family room, which features a cathedral ceiling strapped with wooden beams. Natural light seeps into the space from large windows and doors along both sides of the room, as well as dormer windows along the ceiling.
In the kitchen, a huge central island is complete with marble countertops and cabinetry in a rustic-looking finish. Hutch-like cabinets sit along each of the opposite sides, while built-in appliances and shelving line the back wall.
A formal dining room is located between the kitchen and living room. The space features a crystal-decorated antler chandelier underneath a circular raised ceiling.
The first floor also includes a home office, hidden behind leaded glass French doors. The space features a wood-paneled fireplace and earth-toned furnishings.
A breakfast nook off the kitchen is designed as a solarium and looks out onto the lush backyard. The glass ceiling and wall of windows allow sunshine to warm the space, which also features an exposed brick wall and built-in china cabinets on both sides.
The expansive backyard features a raised swimming pool and large lawn. A covered patio off of the living room and another one around the pool provide space for relaxing or entertaining.

Inside the guest house, exposed beams along the rafters create a barn-like atmosphere, which is enhanced by a double-sided fireplace. Large sliding doors provide natural air circulation and enhance the indoor-outdoor connection.
