Listed for $1.95M, the “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” House Will Open for Tours This Halloween
Children of the ’90s will recognize the Victorian facade of 64 E. Main St. in Freehold, New Jersey, as the home of Sabrina Spellman, the titular character in Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Used as a cutaway shot, the building served as Spellman Manor, where Sabrina lived with her 600-year-old aunts and their talking cat, Salem. Recently listed for $1,950,000, the property will be open to the public on Sunday, October 31 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.—a fitting Halloween pit stop.
The two buildings on the property have been converted into office spaces, most recently used by a software company, but have potential to be both commercial and residential. The three-story front building features a wraparound porch, a full kitchen, large offices, and a yet unfinished attic. In back, there’s another two-story building with a kitchen, five offices, and two bathrooms.
The current interiors are admittedly less than magical, but the house is still worth a visit for the photo op itself. Even Melissa Joan Hart, the actor who played Sabrina, posted the house on Instagram in a show of excitement.
64 E. Main St. in Freehold, New Jersey, is currently listed for $1,950,000 by Century 21.
