By leaving the exterior walls of the neighboring structures exposed on their interior, Miro and Weiss guaranteed that the neighborhood’s history would be a part of their new home. Raw plywood and industrial-strength steel railings are balanced with custom finishes and signs of domesticity.

The neo-classical building that houses Le Pigalle is done in the local Parisian style known as La Nouvelle Athènes and features conic moldings and friezes. The neon signs that adorn the exterior reference the frequent use of neon throughout the Pigalle neighborhood.

The sign outside was fabricated by Iron Maverick's Ron Lester and evokes the setting inside. Plow opened September 22 and serves breakfast and lunch Tuesday-Friday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
