Modern Basement Remodel: Elegance and Multi-Functionality

This design was selected both by the client and the public in a competition for a basement remodel. The client, who purchased a brand new home, was looking to upgrade its plain design and give it a more luxurious and modern/contemporary look. The client was interested in turning the basement into a truly multi-functional space that would accommodate a play area for children, a spot for adults, a workout space, etc.
