When one of Dallas' elite builders sat down to create their dream home, they knew it had to live up to the large repertoire of custom homes they've built for families across the Park Cities area, but that it also had to function as a living space for their own family of 7. The couple prioritized intentional spaces, leaving no inch of the 6,800 square foot home unused. From no televisions in the living room and common spaces to custom built children’s sleeping nooks, quality family time is encouraged around every corner.

The home owners have a passion for clean living and that doesn’t stop at the pantry. Every building material used during the construction process was thoughtfully chosen to promote a healthier home.

A raw and natural design aesthetic to capture the family’s love of the outdoors is just the beginning of the personal story told throughout the home. A custom painted 15 foot mural represents the couple’s faith and gratitude. Hand selected art and photographs collected from family travels and plenty of books on architecture and design can be found filling the walls and shelves of this Dallas dream home.

The couple assembled a team of Dallas’ current tastemakers to make the dream a reality incorporating bold architectural moves throughout including a suspended steel fireplace, master bath sheathed entirely in plaster and polished concrete floors throughout.
