Apartments in Waseda is a minimalist apartment complex located in Tokyo, Japan, designed by Roovice. The two-story steel frame structure is situated on a narrow lot within a residential neighborhood. Due to the proximity of the adjacent buildings, the glazings are all textured with a semi-opaque filter to provide privacy for the residents. The exterior of the building is painted entirely of gray, while the interiors are a mixture of white, grey, and wood.
