Approaching on a private road, just two hours north of Atlanta in the Nantahala National Forest, you will arrive at a simple one-story facade of modern corten steel with a lighted front door framed by local cedar wood. If you are lucky, you'll catch just a hint of the amazing view behind the cabin, but it is not until you enter the cabin that the full impact of the expansive views can really be experienced.

The tiny house has just what you need, is surprisingly comfortable and functional, while still being both energy efficient and visually inspiring. It includes modern high end appliances, smart home features, and modern charm. The property features a total of 28 additional acres of a 100 year hardwood forest that can be explored by guests.

The cabin includes 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space, and a spiral staircase leading to 40 foot long observation deck. The back deck overlooks a large custom built fire pit lined with large boulders below. In the distance is rolling farmland and the Appalachian Trail at the top of the mountains beyond. Roast marshmallows by the fire, gaze at the Milky Way, enjoy the cool Mountain air or go for a hike to a nearby waterfall.
