Aquarius 1 is the smaller of the Enertia® Mass Timber Aquarius Series which have a South Tower for morning, noon, and afternoon energy collection. The tower starts at basement level and ends with a second floor balcony off the upstairs bedroom. This one is Net-Zero by using a grid-tied Photovoltaic panel on the outbuilding. This shed and PV array went up first to supply power for the construction of the home from Enertia's pre-cut numbered gluelam timber kit. All Enertia® homes have a patented convention air loop, from basement to attic, to heat the inner shell timbers with solar energy. Heating is quiet, natural, and not dependent on fans or electricity. These innovative homes have been named a Modern Marvel by The History Channel.
