The shower is our favorite part of our bus. It’s topped with a clear sky light allowing lots of light in and showers underneath the stars.

From the master bedroom this is the long “aisle” that we live in.
This is the kitchen sink which is dropped into our custom built butcher block counter top.
This is our living space, our couches were built to fit our entire family comfortably. We have storage underneath each of the couches and in the armrests.

We are a family of 5 living in a self converted school bus. We live minimally and with lots of travel and adventure. We built the bus with the idea of its beauty being found in texture and material alone. It’s a modern, open, naturally lit space made from wood and metal. Everything was DIY and we are super proud of the project. We love our home and love sharing alternative houseing options with people. We’ve learned that the fewer things we have the more we are able to live!
